S.H. Jacobs & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1985 by Saul H. Jacobs. A graduate of Ursinus College, Mr. Jacobs received his Masters in Counseling Psychology at Boston University in 1975 and his MBA in Marketing Management from Babson College in 1977.

Our firm is dedicated to conducting searches within the marketing, advertising, and marketing communications industry exclusively.

Since 1985, our company has grown into an organization with associates in Philadelphia and New York. We are proud to have conducted executive searches for companies such as Doner Advertising, Berkshire Hathaway, Interpublic Group of Companies, Rodale Press, The Star Group and McDonalds, to name but a few.
